Contact

This page gathers every way to reach the team behind this Kauai tour comparison site, whether you spotted an error in a listing, have a question about how the comparisons work, or want to suggest a tour that belongs on the roster. Email is the fastest route and covers everything from booking questions to corrections.

What To Email The Team About

Most messages fall into a few buckets. A wrong price on a Na Pali raft listing, a duration that no longer matches the operator's schedule, or a category page that seems to rank tours oddly are all worth flagging. Suggestions for tours missing from the roster are welcome too, as are questions about how the site picks what to show.

How Quickly You Can Expect A Reply

There is no fixed turnaround to promise, and this page will not invent one. Messages that need checking against a live listing or an operator's current schedule can take a while, especially anything tied to specific dates or departures. If a booking is time-sensitive, contact the operator directly through the listing, since the team here cannot change a reservation.

What This Site Does And Does Not Do

This site compares Kauai tours across 19 categories, from Na Pali boat trips to luaus, and sends bookings to the operators' platforms. It does not run any of the tours, take payments, or process refunds. Those all sit with the operator and the booking platform behind each listing. Questions about cancellations, changes, or day-of logistics should go straight to the operator listed on the tour page.
